Policies

We spend a lot of time finding safe products for you and your family. However, we cannot be liable for injuries and accidents resulting from any products purchased from Adriana Primadonna.

Shipping:

All orders processed within 24-48 hours of order placement.  We ship via USPS First Class Mail/Parcel (2-9 days).  However, if you need it earlier, we can ship via Priority/Express.  Most items, except bulk items and custom furnishings and decor is shipped this way. Custom orders/personalization will take longer. Bulk/furniture items may need to ship via freight company from manufacturer and may take anywhere up to 12 weeks. We will let you know of each shipping time when you order.

You will receive an email confirming order and shipment information.

Custom orders are made for you by the artisan. Therefore, we cannot accept returns/exchanges. All custom orders must be paid in full at time of purchase so we can fulfill payment obligations to our artisans.

Any items which ship from a manufacturer directly will be sent back at customer's expense and may be charged a restocking fee, based on the individual designer's policy.

Refused Shipments: There will be a penalty of all shipping and handling expenses for those who refuse delivery of items.


Shipping Costs:

Standard:

  • $0 - $100 = $6.95 (as of Jan 08)
  • $100.01 - $200 = $7.95 
  • $200.01 - $249.99 = $8.95
  • $250.00 and up = Free standard shipping (This does not apply to armoires,changing tables, and upholstered chairs)

Priority:

  • $0 - $100 = $7.95
  • $100.01 - $200 = $8.95
  • $200.01 - $249.99 = $10.95 
  • $250 and up = $15.00

Express:

  • $0 - $100 = $20.95 
  • $100.01 - $200 = $27.00 
  • $200.01 - $249.99 = $32.00 
  • $250.00 and up = $45.00

These amounts are for clothing and standard size items.  If extra costs are needed for bulk items, such as changers, armoires, and upholstered chairs, we will contact you before processing of order. The customer may cancel order without penalty, if desired.

 

Freight deliveries are most times scheduled through the manufacturer. They will contact you as to a delivery date and delivery time frame. You must be home to inspect items. Items will not be left by front door. Any missed deliveries will be penalized per freight company.  Standard delivery dictates that item will be brought just inside doorway.  "White Glove" Service, which is available from most companies, has the item vrought to your choice room, unpacked, and the packing materials disposed of. There is an extra charge for this service.  Please notify us as to the type of service you request and if there are any problems with the services.


International Shipping:
 

 The website does not calculate international shipping rates because it varies per country. Your order will not ship until you confirm the shipping method and rate that will be charged. You will be contacted via email within 24 hours of placing your order with shipping costs. All International Orders are subject to review, since all items cannot ship internationally. It is best to contact us ahead of time before placing an international order. pooh072499@gmail.com

Cancellations/Returns:

All returns/exchanges must have original tags intact.

FULL PRICE ITEMS are to be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to issue you your choice of an in store credit or a credit to your credit card. A full price return received that was postmarked after 14 days will only be eligible for an in store credit. After 30 days all sales are final.

SALE ITEMS need to be postmarked within 10 days of receipt.   We will be happy to issue you an in store credit.  After 30 days, all sales final.

PREORDERED ITEMS: These returns need to be postmarked within 7 days of receipt We will offer you an in store credit on these returns. If you cancel a preorder before it ships you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee and the balance paid towards the preorder stays as in store credit.

DAMAGED ITEMS will be replaced or returned for in store credit. We are unable to issue credit card credits for damaged items. A damaged item must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

  • Returned clothes are to be in their original condition with all tags attached. Shoes are to be returned unworn in their original packaging and box.
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded.Please allow 2 weeks for processing returns.

 

Payment Options/Security:

Adriana Primadonna accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, via Paypal for payment.  You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay through paypal. All orders are received on a secure server. 

 

Your information and email addresses are never sold to any third party or given to anyone else unless you are ordering a custom order by a manufacturer or to ship your package via the Post Office.   We do not keep your email addresses or details for any purpose other than to contact you regarding an order or alert you of our special prices. Your details are not sold.

 

Adriana Primadonna stores no credit card numbers after transactions have been processed. Your credit card numbers are encrypted through a secure socket layer for security purposes.

Because we are based in Florida, all Florida-based orders will be charged a 6% sales tax



Preorder Information:

 

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken off our available stocklist. Therefore, your credit card is charged in full at time of purchase. We then notify you and ship them when they arrive in our boutique. 

Because the items you order are purchased especially for you and will no longer be available for others to purchase, any canceled orders/items will be subject to a 25% non refundable cancellation fee. If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style you will be refunded your full amount or if they do not ship that style to us for whatever reason, you will also be refunded your full amount.

 

Gift Packaging:

If you would like something special gift boxed with a beautiful ribbon and gift card, there is a charge of $4.75.   However, large items, oddly shaped items, baskets, and drop-shipped items may not be able to be gift wrapped, like diaper bags, some decor, and furniture.
